Its no secret that the Mods topic has been pushed around here and there, and has always left the playerbase in a "Grey Area" when it comes to Modding. Only Allowing Local mods which can be great but sometimes can feel limiting for those who want to show off their new look/ style. With Mods and Upload support being an official feature, Your's and your friends mods/uploads along with everyone elses, can be seen by each other. This way you can share and show off your new styles and outfits whenever and wherever you want, Along with the saftey of the Mod service provided instead of using 3rd Party tools which can be shady and out right could be Malware in the wrong hands.
Thats a great question, It is Highly recommended you read our TOS for any clarification for what is and isnt allowed, But in case you want to skip to the important parts:
NSFW content is not allowed in public Sessions: This means you can keep them in your own private instances.
Crashers are prohibited: This means you are not allowed to upload or attempt to upload Content that attemts to crash users.
Keep Avatar Height to a Spacific Maximum and Minimum: This is not Mandatory, as your Avatar will be shrunk if it exeeds or does not meet the requirements.
You must be the legal holder of the Assets: This means you can not upload content you do not have permission to upload, Please read your Avatar Uploaders TOS as this does not apply to us fully.
You agree that any content you upload cant be taken down if its flagged as you not owning it: This means if you are reported for "Using without permission", "Using Ripped Assets", or Even anything that breaks our TOS, we have the full rights to take down your Mods (This does not mean 1 or 2 Reports, Reports needs extensive proof of report).
